Ingredients:


  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup cake flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen orange juice, concentrated
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener

Instructions:


1. First of all, in a large mixing bowl, sift in the cake flour and baking powder.


2. Make a well in the center and add in the cooking oil, concentrated orange juice, unbeaten egg yolks and liquid sweetener.


3. Beat everything until the mixture is smooth then add the cream of tartar to egg whites.


4. Beat until stiff then add yolk mixture to beaten egg whites and gently fold in until everything is well blended.


5. Make sure that you do not over mix.


6. Pour the mixture into a 9 inch tube pan and bake for 35 minutes at 325°F (162 °C).
