1. First of all, in a saucepan, add in the water and raisins. Cook the rainins until the water has cooked out.


2. After that, in a large mixing bowl, add in the apples, oil and eggs. Combine and mix well.


3. Add in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and liquid sweetener. Combine and blend well.


4. Now, add in the vanilla extract and pour the mixutre into a greased and floured loaf pan.


5. Bake it for an hour at 350°F (176 °C).


6. Serve and enjoy!
