1. In a large mixing bowl, sift in the flour and soda.


2. Add in the oil, sugar substitute and milk. Combine and mix well.


3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add it to the rest of the ingredients.


4. Continue beating and everything is well mixed.


5. Pour the batter into a tube pan which is well greased and floured.


6. Bake it for 90 minutes at 350°F (176 °C).
